A retreat for all seasons! Enjoy peace and solitude at our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our home sits on 3-acres and backs to open space. Expansive views from every window of the house.
Fairplay is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking for adventure, as well as those wanting to relax and unwind in the beautiful Rockies.
We are 3 miles to downtown Fairplay, 40 minutes to Breckenridge, 45 minutes to Buena Vista, and 1.5 hours from Denver.

Our house comfortably sleeps 6 people. We also have a pull-out sofa on the lower level that can sleep an additional 2 people. Our maximum capacity is 8 people.
We love dogs and know how difficult it can be to find a place to bring your pup(s). We allow up to two dogs, with approval, for an additional $100 fee.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill with unlimited propane, large deck with comfortable outdoor seating, expansive mountain view, 3-acres of open space and privacy.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, blender, Crock-Pot, assorted teas, coffee, spices, and basic condiments. There's also a local grocery store just a short 7-minute drive away that will have anything you may need.
INDOOR LIVING: Free wifi, 2 flat-screen Smart TVs with DISH, dining table with extra seating to accommodate up to 8 people. Board games, foosball table, and basketball game downstairs.
PARKING: Garage and driveway (up to 6 vehicles).
GENERAL: Fresh linens and towels, central heat, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, washer, and dryer.
